It feels front-heavy, so it’s hard to keep it steady for very long. I just don’t find it comfortable to hold after a while.

I really wanted to like this, and I don’t think I was being careless with it. I took it out hunting and ended up missing two deer, which was frustrating because I had sighted it in beforehand. After a while it seemed like the scope had drifted, and the cocking action felt rougher than I expected. Maybe I got a bad one, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust it for a woods hunt

I bought this mostly because of the speed they advertised, mine just doesn’t seem to live up to that. I tried a few different bolts and went over everything to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but it still feels slower than I expected. Maybe I’m a little picky, but at this price point I have a high standard for performance. Customer support was fine and easy enough to deal with, but the crossbow itself just left me disappointed

Ordering it was easy enough, and the crossbow shoots well overall. I was just expecting it to be a little smoother, I guess. There’s more noise and vibration than I thought there’d be, especially after you’ve taken a few shots and start noticing that kind of thing. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price I kind of thought that part would be better...

Once I got it dialed in, the crossbow actually shoots accurately and I’m happy with how it performs now. That said, it wasn’t quite ready to go straight out of the box. The scope needed some adjustment, and I had to mess with the bolts a bit before it felt right. It’s a solid crossbow overall, but I did expect it to be a little closer to accurate from the start.

The scope itself might be fine, but the accessories feel really cheap. The scope cover broke within the first week, that’s disappointing. If a company is going to include something with the product, it should at least hold up to normal use

I took it out to the range expecting a decent day, but it was disappointing. The groups were all over the place, even after I double-checked the scope, bolts, and everything else I could think of. I ended up spending most of my time trying to get it dialed in instead of actually enjoying shooting it. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for what it cost, I expected a lot better. I’m also not exactly excited to deal with customer service, because in my experience that usually turns into a runaround. Overall, not happy with how it performed at the range.

After a hunt, I just want to pack up and relax, not feel tense trying to mess with it. For the price, I thought it would be way easier. Disappointed overall

I’ve been trying to enjoy it, but the shooting just doesn’t feel powerful enough. Shots feel weak and kind of unsatisfying, which really takes away from the experience. If this doesn’t get improved, I’ll probably stop using it and move on to something else.

I’ve had too many moments where this just didn’t come through when I needed it. What’s really frustrating is that when something goes wrong, nobody seems to take ownership or give a clear answer. It feels like you get passed around instead of anyone actually fixing the issue. At this point, it’s just not reliable enough for me.

I ordered from TenPoint Crossbows and the bow arrived without any issues, so no complaints there. Based on this one, I’d say their stuff seems solid enough overall, but the trigger didn’t quite wow me for the price.
It has a little bit of creep before it breaks. It’s not awful or anything, and after a few shots I got used to it, but I could still feel it every time. I tend to feel like once one part of the setup feels a little less refined, it makes the whole thing seem less premium.
Overall, it works fine and feels safe, so I’m not unhappy with it. I just wouldn’t call it a 5-star trigger. Good enough to use, but I would’ve liked it to be a bit smoother and crisper.

I was mainly paying attention to how sturdy it felt, and that’s where this fell short for me. After normal use, it started feeling loose, and I noticed a few parts looking worn much sooner than I expected. I can’t really speak to every little detail or whether others have had better luck, but for the price, I expected it to hold up longer. Mine just didn’t.

I don’t know why, but the strings and cables started fraying after just a few trips. I kept it stored properly and stayed on top of waxing, so it was frustrating to see them wear out that quickly. I reached out to TenPoint support, but they weren’t much help. i don’t think I’d buy this again.

I grabbed this while I was already ordering a few other things online and figured it would be worth trying, but it really didn’t feel worth the price. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for what you actually get, it just seemed way too expensive. I wouldn’t buy it again

I’ve been happy with my TenPoint crossbow overall , but the upkeep is a little more involved than I thought it would be . Waxing the strings and checking the bolts isn’t a big deal , but there are a few parts where I feel like I need to keep the manual nearby just to make sure I’m doing it right .
The customer info on the site did help some , but I still ended up watching a couple videos to figure things out . It’s not awful or anything , just not as simple as I expected for something at this price . I’d say 3 stars feels about right .

I’m only writing this because dealing with customer service was frustrating. I reached out about an issue with my order, and it took a few days to get a reply. When they finally answered, the email said one thing, but then the info I got elsewhere seemed to say another, so I was just left confused.

I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic answers, which is really annoying after you’ve already bought something. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was not great.

Right out of the box, I had a gut feeling the quality wasn’t quite there. The parts felt kind of cheap in my hands, and when I tried putting everything together, they didn’t line up the way they should. It just didn’t feel solid or well-made.

This thing tested every bit of patience I don’t have. The instructions were confusing, the parts didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to, and I ended up spending my entire evening fighting with it. Assembly should not be this annoying...

The packaging was kind of crappy, honestly. The box showed up all dented like it got kicked around by some idiot, but thankfully the actual item inside was totally fine.
